2001

Market analysis, purchase of the 540 hectare area in Almería, Andalusia/Spain.

 

2002

Contract conclusion between A@L AG and ENDESA S.A.

Content: feed-in approval for 80 MW

Construction of a 33 km electrical line, as owner

 

2003

Establishment of Asset Parques Eólicos S.A. as 100% subsidiary company for the development and erection of three wind farms with 58 MW.

 

2004

Establishment of Asset Eléctrica S.L. as a subsidiary company of Asset@Logistic AG for the construction of its own electrical line.

 

 

Receipt of all project permits for the start of construction of the electrical line and connection to the central transformer substation.

 

2005

Receipt of all operating, environmental and construction permits for three wind farms, Almería I, II and III

 

 

Project conclusion – erection by a foreign investor

 

2006

Establishment of three solar companies

Asset Energía Solar S.A.

Asset@Logistic Solar S.L.

Asset Sestra Solar S.L.

as subsidiary companies of Asset@Logistic AG for the project planning and erection of three solar parks with 21.5 MW output.

The extremely strong solar radiation in this region was the grounds for this project.

 

2007

Receipt of all necessary operating, environmental and construction permits for these three major projects.

 

2008

Start of construction by two foreign investors in January 2008.

Completion of the three solar parks in August 2008 with a total capacity of 22.8 MW.

 

 

Completion of the electrical line in July 2008.

 

 

The rights of use of the electrical line have been transferred to Endesa in September 2008.

 

 

The Government of Andalusia issued the operation authorization in September 2008.

 

2009

Establishment of two solar-project companies in Zagreb

 

2010

Preliminary works on the building permits for 18 and 40 MW in Spain

 

2011

Arranging of building permits for 6x5 MW in Croatia.

 

2013

Building permits for 18 MW in Almeria received.

 

2014 to 2016

Changes in feed-in tariffs and permits in Spain

 

2017 and 2018

Preparing updates to the projects 18 and 40 MW

 

2018

Conclusion of planning works for the new projects
Expecting permits for the implementation
